Sarah Groff
Triathlete

Sarah Groff is a full time professional triathlete who is committed to the highest level of performance in International Olympic distance competition. In January 2005, after graduation from Middlebury College, Sarah moved to Colorado to train. Since her amateur career and Elite experience were limited, Sarah's goal of a professional triathlon career was based more on dreams and desire than prior results. Fortunately, she has been inspired by the dedication and confidence of her training partners in Colorado Springs and strengthened by the support of USA Triathlon.

Working her way through a difficult 2009 race and travel schedule Sarah had an impressive 2nd place at the 2009 Chicago Triathlon.
