2009 Toyota Cup US Open Dallas Triathlon

In one of the final big US races of the 2009 Olympic distance triathlon season, Olympians Matt Reed and Sarah Haskins came into the final race of the 2009 Race for the Toyota Cup with two wins each. Cool weather and wet roads greeted both the pros and over 1,300 age group competitors on race morning.

Matt Reed was both 2nd out of the water and 2nd out of T-2, but quickly took the lead early in the run and never looked back.

On the women's side, Sarah Haskins battled with both Julie Dibens and Lisa Norden, with Norden taking the lead in the last 800 meters for the race win.

Reed and Haskins both maintained their overall series lead to share in the 2009 Toyota Cup!
